Who We Are
Yucca Consulting Limited is a development and research consultancy. We are an experienced and seasoned practice with many years experience working in both the commercial and development spaces. We understand the peculiar challenges that accompany conducting research in a developing context. Our grasp of the methodology requirements for different types of research studies is solid. Indeed, we are methodology experts, working across different development thematic areas and sectors of the economy.
Yucca combines expertise with experience in both the development and commercial space. We understand the increasing convergence that the world is experiencing in both spaces. We are well positioned to deliver results because of our unique experience in commercial and development research. We understand what it takes to deliver what it takes to design a project from inception to delivery and have managed several multi-country projects including a 17-country study in some of the most difficult terrains in Africa.
Our unique selling point is the ability to gain, nurture and retain clients: some of our Lead Consultant’s client relationships dates to more than 20 years.
We are collaborative in our approach. We have developed a solid network of experts in both conventional and technology-driven sampling, translation, data collection and analysis. This enables us to harness the best skill that is required to deliver any project and be able to satisfy our clients in the most cost-efficient manner. Our network of data collection partners is 25 countries-strong and span the West, East, Central and Southern Africa sub-regions.
